The Japanese Hino Motors Ltd car concern together with the manufacturer of electronics Hitachi Ltd has created a new bus model, which is able to become a mobile electric power station and provide electricity to the population in case of natural disasters. It has a saving and ecologically safe hybrid engine. The whole energy, which the ion-lithium battery produces in a special regimen, will be provided to the subscribers. According to the assessments of the developers, the bus-electric power station can provide the buildings of schools with electricity for 10 hours: these buildings serve as shelters in case of the earthquakes or tsunamis in Japan.
