According to Gallup’s Law and Order Index Armenia is the 9th spot among 141 countries with 82% of adult Armenians feeling quite safe while walking home alone at night in the city or area where they live. The highest scores 91% are recorded in Hong Kong and Singapore, in contrast the lowest 22% is in Venezuela; the country with second-highest murder rate in the world after Honduras. Last month I was chosen by the Embassy of Japan to participate in a short-term program called MIRAI which was organized by the MOFA Japan and EFIL/AFS.
