Concert in Komitas Chamber Music House on 04.05.2015 (video)

On May 4, 2015, at 18:30 p.m. in Komitas Chamber Music House there took place the concert of the Japanese pianist Takahiro Akiba　and opera singer, a soprano Araks Mansuryan with the title “In the Country of Komitas”. As usual, the hall was full of audience and of course, there was present the acting ambassador of the Embassy of Japan in Armenia together with other employees of the embassy.
In the beginning, the Japanese Takahiro Akiba played from the works of Komitas、

then from the works of Arno Babajanyan.
After that, there went on the stage the opera singer, soprano Araks Mansuryan and with the accompaniment of the Japanese pianist performed the songs of Komitas.. And at the end of the concert the cellist Hasmik Vardanyan joined them. At the end of the concert the representative of the Ministry of Diaspora, which was the sponsor of the concert delivered a greeting speech to the audience.
