On the 2022 event “Japanese New Year” (video)

On January 28, 2022 at  “IROHA” Armenian-Japanese Educational and Cultural Exchange Center there took place the event “Japanese New Year”.

In the beginning of the event the employees of the center hold a small quiz, which would help the participants to learn how they celebrate New Year in Japan.

After that, under the direction of Deputy President of the center Minamie Shuichi and with joint efforts of the attendees there was made the stuff for motsi – the dish of the day.

In order to give a more festive soul to the event, two humorous games were organized during the event.

The first one was during the process of making a motsi. Because there were many participants, and all of them could not fit at the motsi prepering  room, the participants divided into two groups, half made a motsi, half went to play a funy game.

Then Zarine sensei prepared various dishes from the motsi obtained by the joint efforts of the participants, at the request of the participants, and together with the Japanese soup prepared in the center, the participants ate with pleasure in another room.

The event ended with another humorous game, thanks to which the participants returned home with positive charges.
