Easter Celebrations in All the Districts of the Capital of Armenia on March 27, 2016

Different celebrations of Easter were held in all the districts of our capital.

As it is informed from the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Municipality of Yerevan, Easter celebrations, which were organized in church yards, parks, in some places also in the yards, were accompanied by the ethnographic and folk singing and dancing, exhibitions of handicraft, and of course, by the symbol of the holiday – fighting with eggs. There were also organized exhibitions and treatment of colored eggs and traditional dishes of the holiday.

By the way, on Easter Eve celebrations and performances had taken place also in the schools, kindergartens and cultural institutions of the capital.
