On October 1, 2016 at 12:00-13:30 o’clock in Nairi hall of “Ani Plaza Hotel” took place the6th Contest of Japanese Oral Speech in Armenia, which was intended for all age groups, except the students.
The contest was sponsored by the Embassy of Japan to Armenia, Japan Foundation, Armenian Association of the Teachers of Japanese and Mitsubishi Corporation in Russia.
After the announcement of the opening of the contest by the winner of the contest in 2015 Mariam Amar, the floor was immediately given to the ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in the Republic of Armenia Mr. Eiji Taguchi. After that, during the whole contest, Ruzan Khojikyan took the role of the interpreter and wonderfully carried it out.
Then three representatives of Mitsubishi Corporation in Russia were introduced to the guests. The director Minori Furuwa delivered a greeting speech.
“There visited the director of Russian branch of Mitsubishi Corporation Mr. Minori Furuwa, the head of Planning and Administrative Department Hideaki Hasimoto and Senior Manager Victoria Jeldner. And now let’s listen to the speech of Minori Furuwa”.
Then there delivered her speech the Chairman of the Armenian Association of the Teachers of Japanese Karine Karamyan.
“And now let’s listen to the greeting speech of the Chairman of the Armenian Association of the Teachers of Japanese”.
Then there were presented two specialists of Japanese. The first one to perform was Ofelya Avetsiayn from Yerevan State University. .

“Let me introduce the teachers, who are present this time: Lecturer of Japanese at Moscow Pedagogical University Ota Niki and Second Secretary at the Embassy of Japan in the Republic of Armenia Mayekawa Megumi.

The second one was 16 years old Veronica Poghosyan from Shirakatsi High School.

The forth one was Shushan Tonoyan.

The last sixth participant was Zarine Hovhannisyan.
The results of the contest will be announced on next day, on October 2, 2016.
