On July 10, 2020, on Friday, at 14:00 o’clock “IROHA” Armenian-Japanese Educational and Cultural Exchange Center, together with its members made a very delicious Japanese dish called okonomiyaki (おこのみやき).
Like the previous event, this one was also conducted on Zoom platform.
The participants had prepared all the necessary ingredients beforehand and together they made okonomiyaki in real time. At the end they tasted it and shared their impressions. Everyone had prepared delicious okonomiyakis.
Suchlike events organized in these hard times, which is conditioned by the coronavirus are really welcomed. They are very pleasant for the participants.
The ingredients:
1. A medium-sized cabbage- 1/4
2. By preference – boiled chicken/smoked meat/sausage- 150-200 g
3. Flour- 1 cup
4. Eggs- 2
5. Chicken or vegetable broth – 150 ml
6. Mayonnaise
7. Ketchup
Preparation
Sauce:
2 spoonful mayonnaise +2 spoonful ketchup
Okonomiyaki
Beat the eggs, add the broth, then add the flour in order to make a soft dough.
Cut the cabbage. Put the cabbage and the meat into the dough and stir thoroughly.
