On January 28, 2018 from 13:00 to 15:00 in IROHA center took place the party of making Japanese Mojitsuki, which has already become a tradition. In the beginning of the party, the president of IROHA center Ruzan Khojikyan explained what is Mojitsuki.

Then the students of the center, who are more that 60 at the moment, half of which have found time today to participate in the party, started to contribute to the process of making moji.

After that Ruzan sensei mixed moji in starch and made small balls, corresponding to the number of participants and put them into cups.

She asked them to go to kitchen and to ask for one pair of hashi (eating sticks) and the portion of red bean soup, which was made beforehand.

After that they came back to guest room and enjoyed the unique Japanese dish.
