The Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe has sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan on his appointment as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. Shinzo Abe has particularly stressed that Armenia is a reliable partner of Japan, which shares such fundamental values as freedom, democracy, human rights, the rule of law and the two countries closely cooperate both in a bilateral format and in the international arena.   “I am confident that under Your leadership the relations between our countries have great potential for further expansion and development. I hope that relations between Japan and Armenia and our peoples as well will further deepen and strengthen”.
