RA Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan received today the Ambassador of Japan to Armenia Fukushima Masanori.

Minister Khachatryan presented to the Ambassador the economic program of the Government of the Republic of Armenia for the next five years and thanked the Government of Japan for its assistance to Armenia in various spheres, especially in the field of healthcare.

During the meeting, the interlocutors stressed the need to develop trade, economic and cultural cooperation in the case of warm relations between Armenia and Japan and discussed all the prerequisites for that. The importance of activating economic and cultural ties between the two peoples was stressed.

Fukushima Massani assured that he is ready to take appropriate actions to expand the Armenian-Japanese relations with great potential in different directions and to promote their further development and strengthening.
