Raspberry Festival (video)

On August 7, at 11:00 o’clock in MJA Resort of Ashotavan Community of  Sisian Region took place a “Raspberry Festival” titled “People of Syunik Region Treat You”. The main organizers of the event were World Vision Armenia and “Victoria Raspberry Producers’ Group”.

The aim of the event was to support the sustainable development of raspberry value chain in the region by contributing to the economic empowerment of rural communities.

For the visitors in different pavilions were organized treatment of raspberry, gata, and other national dishes,

which were accompanied by the national singing and music and where Areg national dance group performed.
