HELPプロジェクトについて

The purpose of the HELP  reviews service is to support the residents and visitors of Armenia in choosing services and products. After registering on the website visitors of Helpme.am website may leave and share feedback and views on services and products received and rate them.

Currently HELP  is one of the largest databases of restaurants, hotels, attractions and travel companies in Armenia.

Based on user ratings an aggregate average rating is shown on hotels, food outlets, tour operators and individual products. Thus, the HELP  project connects companies with potential customers, allows them learning about customer feedback and allows the customers making the right choice. Company ratings are calculated based on user feedback and ratings only. Companies have no possibility to influence their product or service ratings.
